Job Shadow is a one-day opportunity for students to shadow professionals and gain insight in the world of work (approx 4 hours during the day).  Spring break internships are one-week opportunities for students to engage in work (1 week, 8 hours a day, paid for by CPS).  These career events are a wonderful opportunity for students to see how the skills they are learning in school relate to competency and success in the workplace.  Read last year's article on Job Shadow Day.
